Florkowski Builders, Inc. was formed in 1980, as a union contractor specializing in building construction. Over the years we are proud to have established ourselves as a leader in general building construction, with an emphasis on healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, pharmaceutical companies and corporate facilities.

Projects are becoming more complex and diversified, requiring greater supervision and overall project management. Florkowski Builders, Inc. has responded to this challenge by increasing its permanent staff with qualified personnel in the areas of Contract Management, Project Management and Budget Control. We have successfully demonstrated our complete understanding of what it takes to provide total project control.
We have been fortunate over the years to staff our projects with an outstanding group of full time field personnel. Our superintendents, foremen, and carpenters know and understand our standards and expectations. Together with our office management, we provide the quality workmanship and project coordination that our clients demand.

In addition, we have a 5,000 sf millwork facility, which enables us to perform with speed and efficiency any customized millwork required on a project. Our cabinet shop has a draftsman for quick shop drawings, which helps with initial job start-ups. Architectural revisions on shop drawings are corrected immediately and turnaround is usually within a few days
